Job description

The Graduate Career Counselor will provide a broad range of services for the Graduate College's Office of Graduate Success with emphasis on graduate student career development; conducting individual meetings to provide feedback on student professional development process and materials; delivering presentations related to professional development, the job search process, career materials; collecting, managing, and analyzing outcomes data.

This position is eligible for a combination of on-campus and remote work. Work arrangement options will be discussed during the hiring process.

Remote work must be performed at a location within the state of Iowa and will require a work arrangement form to be completed upon the start of your employment. Per policy, work arrangements will be reviewed annually, and must comply with the remote work program and related policies and employee travel policy when working at a remote location .
