Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service? Bulger Veterinary Hospital in Lawrence, MA, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Client Concierge in our Emergency department .
About Us: At Bulger, we pride ourselves on providing comprehensive care, including General Practice, 24-hour Emergency Services, and Specialty Medicine. As a Client Concierge, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every pet owner's experience is exceptional throughout the emergency process.
Primary Responsibilities: - Assist with financial processing and address any general questions during the visit.
- Ensure a smooth check-out process by preparing and reviewing documents and medical records accurately.
- Admit and discharge pets, schedule follow-ups, and maintain client/pet records in accordance with Ethos and legal requirements.
- Act as the primary coordinator between departments for a seamless interdepartmental visit.
- Keep clients informed of the pet's progress, treatment, changes in cost, and next steps.

Compensation: - $19 - $24 pending experience & skillset
Schedule: - Four 9-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
- Evenings
- One weekend shift/week
- 3 Holidays/year (double time pay)
