What You Will Achieve Working with Pfizer's dynamic engineering team, you will play a critical part in provides technical or business support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks. Your documentation skills will come in handy to prepare engineering documentation, reports and drawings. You will be conducting preliminary analysis of trajectory adequacy data, model dimensional consistency and quantitative judgements concerning technical data. You will also support the team by conducting tests and recording data to assist engineering evaluations.
As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It - Identify data, analyzing results using statistical techniques to interpret trends or patterns.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources (EAMS, WPM, BMS, etc.) and maintain Excel/databases/data systems or utilize existing systems
- Able to summarize various data analysis to help inform decision making
- Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Provide ongoing reports and trend analysis.
- Filter and clean data by reviewing reports, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
ROLE SUMMARY A Data Analyst is a Reliability professional who collects and analyzes data across the business to make informed decisions or assist other team members and management in making sound decisions. The process consists of cleaning, analyzing, interpreting, and displaying data using different approaches and business intelligence tools. The role of a data analyst includes the knowledge and skills to transform raw data into meaningful statistics, information, and explanations , which will be used to make production, maintenance, reliability, and business decisions. Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full reliability-based asset lifecycle analysis including requirements, activities, and design, bad actors, reoccurring failure patterns, and end of useful life determination. The Data analyst will develop the analysis and reporting capabilities, including monitor performance and quality control plans to identify continuous improvements.
Qualifications Must-Have - Applicant must have a High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of relevant experience OR an associates degree with 6 years of experience OR a bachelors with at least 3 years of experience OR Masters with more than 1 year of experience.
- Capabilities in data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks), statistical analysis tools (Minitab, etc.)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)
- Capable of organizing data from multiple sources, extracting key information and writing reports and summaries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and attention to detail
- Having a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
- Team working skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Pharmaceutical Experience in an FDA Related Industry
- Knowledge of site operations.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS - Stand up for up to 8 hours, sit for up to 8 hours
- Walking and climbing stairs
- Responding to visual warning indicators, audible warning indicators, color or special visual indicators

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $78,000.00 to $130,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
