Job description
MW Partners is currently seeking a Desktop Technician to work for our client who is a leading global insurance company.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Checks and maintains conference rooms to make sure they are working properly.
- Responds to and resolves issues from email, chat, phone, and Service Now ticketing system.
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions as defined by our internal Service Level Agreements.
- Creating/Updating knowledge-based support articles.
- Triage and trouble shoot unfamiliar issues.
- Must be able to lift and place equipment of varying weight.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Use of collaboration tools (Webex/MS Teams) is a preferred.
- Must have fundamental knowledge of computer networking.
- Must provide exemplary customer service to all customers interacting with End User Computing.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of desktop support experience.
- CompTia A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Google IT Support Professional certifications are preferred.
