Responsibilities: • Convert pre-scrubbed leads and online inquiries into appointments, leveraging AI and automation tools. No cold calling required! • Schedule appointments for realtors and field agents, ensuring swift responses to meet client needs. • Drive community engagement by assisting with the coordination and execution of events and initiatives. • Manage the Owner's calendar and support with administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency. • Maintain an updated CRM database, showcasing exceptional management skills. Qualifications: • Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. • Experience with CRM systems and tech-savvy. • A proactive, learning-based attitude with a willingness to engage in continuous professional development. • A real estate license or experience is a plus; bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates will have an advantage. • Must be comfortable with in-person work as this is not a remote position.
