Position Purpose:

As the Marketing Manager - New Markets, you'll be the driving force behind elevating our brand, crafting innovative marketing plans, and steering the development of sales tools for our emerging target markets. Your role involves researching customer needs, creating compelling strategies, and establishing BAC as the go-to choice in these new horizons.

Principal Accountabilities:

Boost brand awareness and foster customer preference for remarkable market share growth.
Design and execute engaging multichannel campaigns in collaboration with regional and global stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive message across all channels.
Dive into market insights, customer needs, and segment trends to strategically position BAC for a competitive advantage in new markets.
Identify new customers, evaluate product demand, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Collaborate with regional marketing teams to coordinate BAC's global presence at trade shows, ensuring a compelling marketing message.
Work with Global Marketing, Engineering, and Business Development to present new technologies effectively to targeted customers.
Develop, evaluate, and conduct training on marketing activities, strategies, and sales tools globally.
Establish and track success metrics, reporting progress to senior leadership.
Collaborate globally with regional teams to align and execute marketing activities effectively.
Negotiate contracts for marketing services, ensuring timely and budget-friendly deliverables.
Nature and Scope:

Reporting to the VP, Global Marketing, you'll be an integral part of the Global Marketing Team, collaborating with global stakeholders, regional sales, marketing teams, and global business development. Your ability to navigate diverse cultures and markets is crucial for success in this role.

Communication and Reasoning Ability:

Analyze and interpret complex business documents.
Respond effectively to sensitive issues with a sense of urgency.
Motivate and negotiate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups.
Travel:

Approximately 25%; domestic and international.

Knowledge & Skills:

5+ years in B2B industries.
Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a marketing manager or in a similar role.
Exceptional knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
Strong collaboration skills.
Global mindset and experience in global matrix organizations.
Exceptional market research skills, comfortable working with incomplete data.
Experience in a technical or construction industry is a plus.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Working Conditions:

The role involves standing and walking up to 50% of the time, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and travel both domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.
