Litigation Associate Attorney (In-Person; Woodland Hills, CA)

This is a full-time, salaried position. Compensation is DOE.

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of all aspects of each of your case files, with a minimum caseload
- Supervision of support staff assisting with caseload
- Regular client contact
- Drafting legal correspondence
- Drafting of legal pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Responding to written discovery and opposing motions
- Conducting/defending depositions
- Appearing at court hearings
- Trials and trial preparation
- Meeting firm targets and benchmarks
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
- We are seeking an associate attorney for immediate hire who is licensed to practice law in California.
- Candidates must have 2+ years of litigation and employment law experience.

- Employment law and litigation experience is required! You will also receive extensive training under the managing attorney that will allow you to perform your daily tasks successfully.
