Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent and 18+ required.
- Comfortable with lead generation in residential neighborhoods and conducting discussions with clients at their homes.
- Outgoing and excited to learn about the world of sales and solar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated to work with limited supervision and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in lead generation by canvassing prospective neighborhoods and educating homeowners on the benefits of switching to solar.
- Qualify potential customers and schedule appointments to further discuss our solar solutions.
- Strive to convert every interaction into a scheduled appointment.
- Learn essential sales skills from our trainers to progress into higher sales roles within the company.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently meeting or surpassing monthly quotas.
