Description:

Actalent is currently hiring an Architectural Associate to support a local Architecture firm that primarily focuses on corporate tenant improvement projects, new build projects for retail clients, and small commercial buildings. As the Architectural Associate you will directly report to the two Owners of the firm and a Registered Architect, and take direction to work on multiple small/medium sized projects at one time.

You will primarily serve as a Mid Level management individual that will help mentor and check drawings for the less tenured architectural staff while also helping produce & put together construction documents for your assigned projects. The architecture firm primarily utilizes AutoCAD for their CAD software and Lumion for the renderings. You will also be responsible for doing as-builts surveys and drawings where you will be measuring the layout of the buildings.

The architecture firm is a fast-paced environment where you will rarely get bored with the type of work that you will be assigned. You have the ability to work on multiple projects so you will not do the same routine each day. It is a laid back environment that encourages quarterly outings and has a work schedule that allows you to work four 9-hour works days from Monday - Thursday and then a 4-hour workday on Friday. There are opportunities to earn bonuses throughout the year too.

• +3 years of experience as an Architectural professional
• Experience with producing and putting together construction documents within AutoCAD
