Full Job Description

• Pay: $33.00 - $45.00 per massage service hour (This is a combo of your clocked-in wages plus your commission, NOT including tips)

Positions Available:

• Full Time, one or both weekend days required

Generous Wages & Benefits:

• We pay a clocked-in hourly rate for your shift, so you get paid for set up, turnover time, and breaks and meals as required by CO law depending on shift length
• We also pay a service commission on top of your hourly wage.
• Hourly and commission rates are based on skill level and experience
• Additional commission pay for CBD, Cupping, and Hot Salt Stones
• Extra $2 commission per massage hour for working both weekend days
• Shifts generally range from 4 - 6.5 hours long
• We have a paid 15-minute turnover time for all clients (You're always paid for this turnover time)
• We are open seven days a week
• Annual raises are guaranteed!
• Generous tips (usually at least 20%)
• Paid sick time for everyone!
• Health Insurance (partially paid by Renew) is available for Full-Time therapists who qualify (clocking in at least 30 hours per week)
• Vision and Dental insurance are available for those who qualify ( Full-Time only)

• 401k available for staff working at least 20 hours clocked-in per week (non-matching)

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed and insured Massage Therapist in the state of Colorado
• Reliable, respectful, punctual, and professional
• Must be able to provide varying levels of pressure during a massage including Deep Tissue
• Must have excellent communication skills with Clients
• Experience working in the massage industry is preferred, but not required.
• One weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) per week required
