DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                                                                  

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Daily Analysis Responsibilities:

·        Daily MCTI Report sent out to Management.

·        Join Performance tracking and coordination of idea creation process.

·        Sales Margin analysis report

·        CM1C Analysis report

·        Work with Supply Chain on ad-hoc data requests, analysis, and visibility of freight-costs.

·        Cross training new members of the Finance team – Regarding AR and AP

Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.

Journal Entry End of Month Responsibilities:

·        Customer Rebate analysis / Journal entry

·        External Sales Commission analysis / Journal Enty

·        Payroll Journal Entry

·        Payroll Accrual Journal Entry

·        Prepaid Journal Entry

·        IFRS16 Journal Entry

·        Cash pooling interest - (0230)

·        Wells Fargo Credit card upload

·        General Accruals as needed / Abnormal special Journal Entries

End of Month Analysis Responsibilities:

·        Cost Center analysis – Analyze and forecast financial requirements for the organization.

·        Prep Bank reconciliation

·        Provision BOFC / BOFC submittal Actual, Forecast, and Budget data.

·        Assessment Cycle runs (Cross – Train)

·        Reconciliation Bank Statement / Cash -Oversee data recordings.

·        Prepare monthly the inventory valuation report and initiate inventory provision review with Supply chain.

·        Create and maintain the KPI-dashboards linked to the daily- and breakthrough-initiatives.

·        Pre-paid account reconciliations

·        Journal Entry Accrual account reconciliations

·        Excess and Obsolete analysis

·        IFRS16 reconciliation

Quarterly Support

·        Tax Form 5472 – intercompany Split

·        Tax Form 1042 – Compliance of Out-going payments

·        Sales commission calculation external / Internal agents

Yearly Support

·        Provide support to auxiliary schedules for Yearend Financial and internal Audits requests.

·        Yearly Tax Package

·        Freeport Preparation and submittal to KPMG

·        Property Tax Submittal to KPMG

** Additional Projects / Responsibilities will be given at the discretion of the manager

Qualifications Qualifications

Technical Requirements – Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Power BI desirable.
