Job Description:
- Highly experienced Data Architect with a minimum of 8-12 years in data and analytics in Commercial Pharma domain
- Technology expertise in AWS, IICS, Snowflake, SQL Server, Shell scripting, Python, AutoSys and DevOps
- Responsibilities include designing robust data architectures, optimizing data management processes, and driving innovation in analytics.
- The candidate should possess strong leadership skills to collaborate with stakeholders, define technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives, and ensure scalability and security in data-related initiatives.
- Expertise in leading-edge technologies and a proven track record in strategic planning are essential for success in this role
- Mentorship and Team Leadership: Providing mentorship and leadership to data teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence in data practices.
- Complex Problem Solving: Applying extensive experience to solve high-level data architecture challenges, offering innovative solutions and strategies.
