Job description

We are hiring a Sales Consultants at Renewal by Andersen in Memphis, TN.  This role entails engaging with customers in their homes to understand their window and door replacement needs. 

Job Title: Sales Consultant

Location: Memphis, TN (with travel within the Greater Memphis area)

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Meet with potential customers in their homes to comprehensively understand their needs for window and door replacements.

  2. Sales Process: Utilize a consultative approach to educate customers about custom-made, energy-efficient products and professionally handle the sales process.

  3. Lead Utilization: Work with pre-qualified, pre-set leads generated by the company's marketing team; no cold calling required.

  4. Training and Development: Participate in a comprehensive training program provided by the company to learn qualitative sales methodologies, product knowledge, and technology required for in-home consultations.

  5. Performance and Integrity: Maintain a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations and operating with high integrity at all times.

  6. Self-Management: Exhibit high integrity, self-motivation, and results orientation while managing time and work processes independently.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of closing sales, preferably in a short-cycle sales environment.
  2. Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  3. Ability to operate with high integrity consistently.
  4. Self-motivation and results-oriented mindset.
  5. Proficient time and work process management skills, capable of working independently.
