Job Description:

As a Commissioned Roofing Sales Representative at Pro Squared Roofing Solutions, you will be responsible for generating sales for both insurance and retail roofing projects. We are seeking driven individuals with a proven track record in roofing canvassing sales to help us expand our business and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer relations from beginning to end of the roofing sale cycle

Build referral base to increase long-term loyal customers

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions

Prospecting, market research, and identifying new leads

Attract new business through in-person visits and knocking

Attend sales related appointments, inspections, and adjuster meetings

Create roofing bids and estimates

Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services

Qualifications:

Proven experience in roofing sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with Acculynx or other CRM software is a plus

Must be able to sell and close contracts

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willing to work outside regardless of weather conditions

Capability to lift and carry sample materials or equipment relevant to roofing presentations

Reliable transportation to and from Metro-Atlanta-area

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Reliable phone, personal computer, (and preferably tablet)

High school or equivalent
