Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a Senior Recruiter to join our team, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a tangible impact through effective talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities:

Partner closely with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and craft targeted recruitment strategies.
Utilize a broad spectrum of channels to source and engage with candidates, including online platforms, social media, professional networking events, and personal referrals.
Manage the recruitment process from the initial job posting to the final offer stage, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates to meet both current and future staffing needs.
Conduct detailed reference checks and background screenings to ensure the quality and suitability of potential hires.
Build and foster relationships with external recruitment partners and stay abreast of emerging industry trends and recruitment technologies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, focusing on efficiency and the overall candidate experience.
Support other HR initiatives and projects, demonstrating a flexible and collaborative approach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for backgrounds in hospitality, financial services, or private equity.
A thorough understanding of recruitment practices and employment legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
A proactive, results-driven attitude, with a deep passion for talent acquisition and enhancing employee engagement.
Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are advantageous.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, primarily in-office with the flexibility for some remote work, adhering to a Monday-Friday schedule.
