3rd shift Cell Tech/JR. Mold Setter
**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE! We are looking to bring in a Cell Tech that has some experience with Mold and die setting. This job is an entry level position that will help you towards becoming a high level employee within the plastic injection molding field. Job Description:
A. This position works directly with the plastic injection molding machine.
The job duties of an injection molding operator include working to set up and operate machines that shape plastic or other materials through a process called injection molding.
Your responsibilities usually involve working in a manufacturing setting and preparing your machine for each production run.
B. Responsible for mold changes & auxiliary/set up functions in assigned area.
Knowledge of the injection molding process and the properties of the material processed.
Load and position tools into presses and perform changeovers. Store and clean molds properly.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Making sure Machine is running
Sorting parts- Place each part in correct box
Labeling Boxes
Making Boxes
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
1 year of experience in Material Handeling
Must be able to life up to 45 pounds
