Logistics Manager
Polyram Compounds, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Logistics Manager to join our team. As the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our logistics and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in logistics, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage the logistics and inventory control processes.
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics activities.
- Evaluate and streamline logistics processes.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance and report on key metrics.
- Identify and resolve logistics issues and bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Lead Warehouse Manager
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
