Proven experience in writing, content strategy, social media marketing or equivalent practical experience.
A deep understanding of user-centered design process, and how copy and design support each other.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, and the ability to expertly present work to team members.
Proficiency in Mandarin and experience in the Internet industry are a plus. • You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, engineers to understand the entire user journey; deliver coherent, concise interface copy in English.
You’ll write compelling content across ads, social media, blog posts, websites, email campaigns to boost traffic.
You’ll edit and fact-check content to suit quality standards and increase brand awareness.
You’ll collaborate with localization teams to ensure content appears properly for our users.
You’ll craft documentation to help internal or external audiences better understand our business and capabilities.
