Job Summary:
Valenti Toyota of Westerly is seeking a friendly and professional Automotive Service Department Receptionist to join our team at our Westerly, RI location. This individual will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to all clients and maintaining an organized and efficient service department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry. This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities for growth within our organization.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, schedule and confirm appointments
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
- Review and organize service tickets for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicles and any recommended services
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency
