Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
Services Delivery:
Act as the Project/Functional Lead for consulting delivery on Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
Conduct business process analysis, document decisions, and configure requirements.
Provide recommendations and solutions for configuration and design, sharing best practices.
Manage project scope, timeline, budgets, and issue resolution.
Lead testing, write test scripts, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Services Sales:
Support sales opportunities with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud.
Assist with product demos for the services sales team.
Participate in sales calls and meetings.
Contribute to the development of sales services package offerings.

Program/Services Development:
Support the development of services offerings for Oracle HCM Cloud Consulting Services.
Enhance consulting service delivery tools and methodologies.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.

Experience:
5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, preferably with proven project delivery through the full project lifecycle for Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
Additional experience in Oracle HCM Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and/or Talent Management is a plus.
5+ years of cloud technology implementation and project management experience required.
Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud product demo support and sales scoping support is advantageous.
Experience with eBS or PeopleSoft is a plus.

Location: Home-based position; candidates must have a home office with internet access.
Job Type: Salaried Position.
Employment Status: W-2.
