Summary:

This position is for a Physician specializing in Urology, requiring either Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligibility (BE) within 5 years of residency completion. Candidates must hold or be eligible for an Indiana medical license at the time of application submission. Additionally, certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.

Requirements:

1. Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligibility (BE) Status:

   • Candidates must be either Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of completing residency training in Urology.

2. Indiana Medical License:

   • Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Indiana at the time of submission, or eligibility for licensure.

3. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification:

   • Current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

This role requires a qualified Urologist who is either Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency completion, holds or is eligible for an Indiana medical license, and possesses current ACLS certification.
