Construction Superintendent -- Large Commercial Projects

Job Description:

• Very well-established, privately owned General Contractor is looking to add a couple of top-notch Construction Superintendents. This client has a very good reputation for treating people well, access to senior management, stability and longer term tenured employees (average employee length is around six years or more). 
• Potentially looking for two additions. Should have solid track record of experience and stability (a must!). Job floaters will not be considered. 
• Scope of projects ranges from $2M up to around $100M with a diverse mix of Office Buildings, Multi-Family, some more technical, like Healthcare and Data Centers. Company has very solid relationships and a top notch New Business Development team that keeps the pipeline full. 
• Would be responsible for team building, helping to hire/interview field employees (company is non-union), Daily Reports, jobsite Safety, Inspections, Job Progress photos, and executing the schedule/timelines. 
• Most of the work is regional, but if overnight is required, a per diem is paid. For out of town, the policy is two weeks on, one week off. Further details will be provided once qualifications are established.
