Director of Surgical Services - Portsmouth, NH

• Salary : $130k - $160k.
• Bonus : Potential - Up to 22.5%.
• Sign-On : $10k.
• Relocation Assistance : Up to $10k, on a case-by-case basis.

Position Overview :

Seeking an Administrative Director of Surgical Services to provide strategic focus in delivering exceptional patient care, growing the service line, and fostering leadership development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Spearhead the customer experience in Surgical Services.
• Foster and maintain strong physician and administration partnerships.
• Ensure consistent delivery of quality services in line with hospital policies.
• Facilitate evidence-based employee engagement practices.
• Engage in service, departmental, and hospital-wide committees.
• Set a strategic vision and goals for the department.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and hospital policy.

Qualifications :

• Education : BSN (Mandatory), Master's degree (Preferred).
• License/Certifications : Active nursing license in the state, CNOR & CSSM (Preferred).
• Experience : 3+ years in surgical services and leadership.
