Position Overview:
We are experiencing rapid expansion and are seeking an experienced Social Media Analyst based in the United States to join our team. Reporting to the Research Director, Insights, you will play a pivotal role in crafting queries, analyzing data from licensed social platforms, and extracting actionable insights to address our clients' business needs. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering flexibility in work arrangements, including freelance or contract options, and full or part-time schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft queries tailored to extract relevant data from licensed social platforms.
Analyze and categorize data, uncovering qualitative and quantitative insights to address client inquiries.
Comprehensively understand client requirements and deliver compelling insights in impeccable written English.
Adhere to strict project deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of analyses and reports.
Requirements:
Based in the United States with legal authorization to work in the country.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in social listening.
Exceptional written communication skills.
Native-level proficiency in English, with a deep understanding of US language and cultural context.
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analytics and research methodologies.
Expertise in crafting effective Boolean queries.
