Excellent CRNA Opportunity! $75K Starting Bonus, Up to $190K salary + $150hr picking up shifts; Day position, no call, no weekends in Sanford!!

Envision Physician Services has a full-time opening for an experienced CRNA at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital, located in Sanford, FL.

Opportunity Details:

• Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 7 physicians and 13 Anesthetists
• 5,000 Annual case volume; 7 ORs
• Case mix: General, Ortho, Trauma, no OB
• $150hr rate for any time worked outside of scheduled week
