You will be selling the leading edge technology to help businesses enter into the digital age with solutions that address security, mobile printing, cloud and productivity, many driven by apps. With support from our solution specialist, you will be able to sell custom app solutions that will meet customer needs and differentiate yourself in the industry.
Copy Solutions, Inc. is an authorized Diamond Sales Agent, Dealer, and reseller covering the greater Los Angeles area, representing the Xerox Corporation. Copy Solutions and Xerox are partnered together to offer the most advanced and leading edge digital technology for the office. We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service.
We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve the balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
Both experienced sales professionals in the copy industry and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Learn about Xerox products and services to communicate the value we can bring to customers with our specific, tailored solutions from our varied product offerings.
- Contact key business decision makers via outbound calls to find business opportunities, meeting or exceeding set KPIs.
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
- Present detailed proposals on products and services to prospective clients.
- Provide professional after-sales support to retain customers and look for additional business opportunities.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer satisfaction and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
- Negotiate agreements and keep up-to-date records of sales and data within Salesforce.
Skills
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- A business acumen.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role.
- BSc or BA in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
- A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for your commute to the office and to visit potential customers.
