ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with FP&A Managers/Leadership and all internal required business partners to maintain and enhance monthly reporting and analysis.
- Support the preparation of monthly presentations to upper Management.
- Communicate financial results to finance leadership and other internal partners with an understanding of impact on company metrics.
- Ensure accurate reporting between local and global systems.
- Analysis of strategic measures and initiatives.
- Actively identifies ways to eliminate low-value work and leverages efficient automation.
- Ability to consume data from disparate sources to deliver analyses with actionable insights that support leaders in making critical business decisions.
- Focus on OpEx Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior corporate Business Planning and Analysis experience required, including planning and forecasting, business case analysis, and financial modeling.
- Strong system skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Creatively analyze large amounts of data, developing clear conclusions and recommendations.
- Ability to clearly explain complex concepts, both written and verbally, to various levels within the organization.
- Manage multiple projects from multiple business partners.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, and strategically manage diverse range of focus areas.
- 5 years of Business Planning and Analysis required.
- MBA or Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
