Job description

Organization
Performs telephone, web-based, or in-person interviews, data collection, data entry, troubleshooting, word processing, and travels to the participants' location. Interviewers will conduct telephone and web-based surveys using a Computer-Aided Telephone Interviewing software application. Interviewers will contact people by phone, ask a list of questions appearing on the computer screen, and enter responses on the computer. Work schedules are flexible, but will require evening and Saturday hours. Duties: Collects assessments from participants.Enters collected data into a secure database.Analyzes a variety of problems and carries out special assignments to solve those problems.Generates reports, documents and letters as needed for the projectPerforms various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
