Housekeeper
American Orchards
Gilbert, AZ
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing general housekeeping duties in resident apartments and common areas that includes but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and emptying trash
- Responsible for high quality laundry services to residents in accordance with company standards, which include collecting, washing, drying, folding, and delivering garments and linens to residents
- Ensure that the community is kept clean and sanitized at all times by following the housekeeping schedule designed for the community
- Ensures all vacated and model apartments are "show-ready"
- Maintains housekeeping cart and laundry room(s) in a clean and orderly manner
Required Qualifications:
- Passion to serve seniors
- Demonstrates good judgement, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multi-task and relate well with residents and their families
- Self-starter, creative, organized, and professional
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
