Description:

Responsible for fielding inbound phone calls from current or new customers. Customers will be calling in to schedule an appointment for a technician to come to their home or business to inspect the property or to renew a monthly / yearly membership. During the call one must provide great customer experience by quickly connecting with the customer and providing them a solution for their problem. Each call must be documented and appointments must be scheduled with complete accuracy to ensure a timely and satisfactory experience for the customer. During the calls customers may have questions about the company so it is important that they have some knowledge and are able to speak to what the company can provide.
