Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and prospect potential customers and sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Generate leads and referrals
- Utilize a CRM/Canvass software to track leads, opportunities, and customers
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process with integrity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful account management

Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales or account management is a plus but not necessary as we provide field training for all new hires
- Strong people skills and confidence
- Knowledge of the roofing and solar industry is preferred
- Ability to manage one self with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not necessary
