WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Refugee Case Manager is a non-exempt position responsible the provision of services to refugees and eligible clients that lead to their self-sufficiency and integration. The Refugee Case Manager will be responsible for the completion of enrollments, assessments, client eligibility determinations, service plans, and client data collection in order to help refugees and their families achieve success in their integration into life in the United States. In this role the Refugee Case Manager will also work across programs such as Preferred Communities, Refugee Employment, Florida Center for Survivors of Torture, Refugee Resettlement, and other refugee programs.

GCJFCS offers an opportunity to gain field experience and direct client contact hours for both Bachelor’s and Master’s level practicum and internships. For license-eligible candidates, we offer both individual and group supervision from a Board-Certified qualified supervisor to fulfill state requirements at no cost to the employee.
