Job Title : Billing Specialist
Job Location : Des Peres MO
Job Type : Contract (1 Year)
Job Summary :
Under general supervision process and prepare customer invoices and credits and ensure proper revenue recognition. Responsibilities include tracking monitoring researching and responding to customer billingrelated inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.
- Diligently monitor fulfillment notifications for service deployment.
- Update customer billing schedules with billing start dates or disconnect dates.
- Prepare invoices and credits according to fulfillment and disconnect of services.
- Enter deferral periods associated with the lines of billing upon release of hold or billing. Diligently track monitor and respond to billing related cases from internal and external customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Associate Degree in Accounting
- Proven track record handling highvolume data in a customeroriented environment.
- Strong aptitude and experience with mathematical accuracy and timeliness of data updates to customer records.
- Ability to handle daily highvolume processing of data and meet target deadlines for completion of tasks.
- Proven ability to work with computer systems preferably in a customer billing environment.
- Adequate professional experience and knowledge to perform Job Responsibilities.
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and with others.
- Ability to operate in a fast moving teamoriented collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windowsbased computer applications Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and power BI/power query.
