Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from initial concept to completion, including meeting customer requirements, managing budgets, and overseeing all aspects of the project. Candidates should have experience in estimation, commercial construction, stucco, interior and exterior painting, drywall, high-rise buildings, specialty contractor work, hotels, subcontractor coordination, EIFS finishing systems, metal framing, insulation, mid-rise buildings, student housing, interior plastering, and senior communities.

Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, including customer requirements, budgets, and overseeing all aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers
• Ensure completion of projects within budget and on schedule
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Devise and implement project strategies
• Recruit and manage project staff
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Handle any project-related issues that arise

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Project Manager
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Hands-on experience with Estimation, Commercial Construction, Stucco, Interior/Exterior Painting, Drywall, High Rises, Specialty Contactor Work, Hotels, Subcontractor Coordination, EIFS Finishing Systems, Metal Framing, Insulation, Mid Rises, Student Housing, Interior Plastering, and Senior Communities
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic work environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
