WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Physician to meet the growing demand for general surgery. Interested candidate will join our group at FPN Family Wellness Center located in Munster, IN. Provider will be joining a fast-paced, talented, and cohesive team.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will be dedicated to general surgery and enjoy operating, and have experience in past or present hospital rounding. Additionally, this candidate would be collegial and have a strong focus on both clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Fellowship training is preferred but not required. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

The cities are part of the Chicago metropolitan area, while still maintaining a rural and suburban feel. Situated along the South Shore of Lake Michigan , the cities offer many opportunities to enjoy the beach, sand dunes, and many outdoor activities.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate - Required
• Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required and
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) Upon Hire Required and
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required

TRAVEL IS REQUIRED:

Up to 20%
