About the Role:

You'll play a pivotal role in our company by licensing software to help organizations identify and address workplace equity issues, ensuring compliance over time. This role requires a mix of customer service excellence and account management prowess to foster enduring relationships with our customers, focusing on delighting and advising them on implementing comprehensive workplace equity strategies.

Role Progression:

Within 1 month: Complete a thorough onboarding process.
Within 3 months: Fully ramped, managing your own customer portfolio.
Within 6 months: Influence our product roadmap and play a key role in customer renewals.

Interview Process:

30-minute phone call with our Talent Team.
30-minute Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager.
3-4 video interviews with team members across different functions.
