Job description

Our client is hiring an Account Manager to join the team. Minimum 5 years of Account Management experience from order entry to final invoice. Knowledge of supply chain, international customers and excellent communication/follow-up. This exciting role joins a tenured team with plenty of training and work/life balance. Hybrid work schedule and excellent benefits after 60 days. Naperville location, pays up to $65K based on experience.

Job Duties:

• Communicate with customers, throughout order lifecycle, using independent judgment and discretion to resolve conflicts and solve issues as they arise
• Be in charge of efficient execution of the order management process including timely and accurate order entry, analysis of orders and communication of any capacity constraints
• Coordinate and communicate with both the customer and internal partners on delivery timing as a function of the logistics chain
• Ensure efficient work flow within the supply chain with a focus on continuous process improvement and positive collaboration, communicate with sales managers relative to service issues
• Process complaints and claims effectively

Job Requirements:

• 5 years Account Management. Customer Service experience in a product based/manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail, communication and follow-up
• Working knowledge of supply chain and B2B order fulfillment cycle
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM system
