Position Overview:
As a Mid-Atlantic Medical Office Design Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through the sale of our design services to medical offices, clinics, and healthcare facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region which includes Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware.

Leveraging your expertise in interior design and your understanding of the unique requirements of medical spaces, you will work closely with clients to develop customized design solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the medical office and healthcare sector in the Mid-Atlantic region.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including practice managers, physicians, and facility administrators.
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their design needs, budget requirements, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with our design team to develop innovative and functional design proposals that address the specific requirements of medical spaces.
• Present design proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns and effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure profitable sales and long-term client relationships.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in medical office design to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field (preferred).

• Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on selling design services or related products within the medical or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and building codes, with specific knowledge of medical office design requirements.
• Knowledge and understanding of Cabinetry from design, application to installation.
• Experience in the use and application of AutoCAD/Revit in the design/building process is highly desired.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives.
• Willingness to travel within the Mid-Atlantic region as needed.

We offer Interior Design Services, Branding and Marketing assistance, quick ship products, accessories, and lighting while manufacturing most of our products at our Collegeville, PA manufacturing facility.
