We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and multi-talented Marketing Manager to help drive
the success of the company by supporting the operational excellence, growth, and impact of the
marketing team. Because this exciting global role blends operations, events, and partnership marketing,

This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications. You will also work with the
CMO, the Head of Product Marketing, and others across the marketing, sales, and partnerships. Thus,
the ideal candidate is an excellent collaborator and communicator, can drive projects independently,
and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
This is a hybrid position based in Sunnyvale, CA. Expected travel is about 10% of the time with some
potential for international travel.
Duties and Responsibilities Marketing Operations:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance.
- Manage and maintain CRM tool (Hubspot) to empower sales and digital marketing teams, including collaborating with stakeholders and agencies to optimally configure for tracking and reporting on sales funnel, cleansing, report automation for required data, etc.
- Independently and with vendor support, assume primary responsibility for managing/maintaining core marketing technology tools including CRM, work/task management tools, share drive, etc.
- Department expense accounting, budget reconciliation, and forecast planning.
- Collaborate with agencies, content and product marketing, and global markets to localize key assets.
Events & Partner Marketing:
- In collaboration with the Director of Marketing and other stakeholders, create and execute integrated plans for each event, encompassing internal kickoffs, booth and onsite experiences, pre-and post-event campaigns, staffing, logistics, and goal alignment.
- Leverage excellent attention to detail and project management skills to lead and ensure timely and reliable handling of event logistics, services, key deliverables, etc.
- Own the process for ensuring reliable lead capture, CRM import, and handoff to sales.
- Create event recaps to measure the achievement of success criteria and goals and derive key insights.
- Support onsite event activations to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with the Partnership & Alliances team to fulfill basic marketing requirements and develop opportunities to deepen the relationships.
Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology companies, or technology divisions of automotive companies, with a substantial focus on marketing operations
- 4+ years of B2B events or field marketing experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Solid analytical skills with experience contributing to business strategy or success through data and insights.
- Significant experience leveraging core marketing technology tools including CRM and marketing automation (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce) and work/task management (e.g. Asana, Trello, Monday.com) in the course of your previous role(s).
- Self-motivated, quick learning, organized, and a strong problem-solver.
- Effective written and verbal communicator and comfortable working in a high-performing team in an agile environment.
Desired Skills and Experience - Experience working in or with automotive, or other mobility product companies at the corporate level is highly desirable.
- Exposure and knowledge of vehicle software and/or connected vehicles.
- Experience working with international offices and customers.
- Experience managing others.
