Job Title: Practice Manager Interventional Spine and Joint Clinic

Position Summary:
The Practice Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the clinics operational efficiency. They will oversee all aspects of clinic operations ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and that the clinic runs seamlessly and profitably.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role with a preference for those with experience in interventional spine or orthopedic settings.
- Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration Business or related field preferred. Additional consideration given to candidates with a Master s degree.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of medical practice procedures including scheduling of patients payroll medical billing and coding patient records.
- Proficient in medical software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Knowledge of medical issues and terminology.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment decisionmaking and problemsolving expertise.
- Ability to develop interpret and implement policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daytoday operations ensuring the clinic functions efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Management: Recruit train supervise and evaluate clinical and administrative staff. Foster a positive collaborative work environment.
- Financial Management: Oversee clinic budgeting financial planning billing and insurance claims. Monitor and manage expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that the clinic adheres to all local state and federal regulations. Stay updated with any changes in healthcare laws policies and best practices.
- Patient Services: Ensure patients receive topnotch care by improving patient flow addressing concerns and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers ensuring timely and costeffective procurement of clinic necessities.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with clinic owners and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and implement strategic initiatives.
- Marketing and Outreach: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance the clinics visibility and reputation. Plan and oversee community outreach and educational programs.
- Facility Management: Ensure that the clinics infrastructure and equipment are wellmaintained safe and up to date.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement QA protocols ensuring the clinic delivers consistent and highquality care.
- Reporting: Generate periodic reports on clinic performance finances and other key metrics for senior management.
Benefits
Compensation and benefits for this position will include the following components:
Base salary (Exempt Position): annually paid biweekly (subject to all applicable federal state and local withholding).
Bonus Opportunity: Beginning in 2024 you will be eligible for a discretional bonus upon achievement of objectives as mutually agreed upon with Company management. Those objectives will be developed with your input after you begin employment.
