Job description
If you are a Project Manager with large commercial build out experience, please read on! We are a Top25 general contractor based in Kansas City that specializes in large size commercial fitouts across healthcare, industrial, and financial sectors. We are looking for an experienced project manager with commercial fit out experience to join our rapidly growing team.
- Full cycle project management on large commercial Ground Up/TI projects
- Estimating project costs and budget
- Scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor and vendor selection/negotiation, closeout
- Manage invoices for subcontractors and suppliers and assure all supplies are delivered
- Coordinate with superintendents and go on periodic site visits to ensure project is staying on schedule
At least 5 years of experience with:
- Commercial Construction
- Project experience with large commercial build outs
- Project Management
- Budget Management
- Experience with Financial, Industrial, and/or Healthcare projects a plus
- Competitive Salary ( $90,000 - $120,000)
