Job description

The ODU Group is one of the world’s leading suppliers of connector systems, employing 2,500 people around the world. In addition to its company headquarters in Mühldorf am Inn (Germany), ODU also has an international distribution network and production sites in China, Romania, USA and Mexico.



ODU combines all relevant areas of expertise and key technologies including design and development, machine tooling and special machine construction, injection, stamping, turning, surface technology, assembly and cable assembly. ODU connectors ensure a reliable transmission of power, signals, data and media for a variety of demanding applications including medical technology, military and security, automotive, industrial electronics, and test and measurement.



The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) acts as ODU-USA, Inc.'s main point of contact and representative for all customers located within their designated region of the United States/North America. The RSM's main objective is to increase sales for ODU. The RSM works with the Vice President of Sales, District Sales Manager, and Application Center to set and achieve corporate sales goals and objectives. The RSM works out from home office within the defined region of responsibility. The RSM is required to travel 50%+ of each month, including internationally, when part of the RSM's defined region.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $1000,000 USD; however, ODU considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
