About the Role...

Administrative / Procurement

• Compiles purchase orders for product and supplies in procurement platform
• Completes daily requisitions for supplies from warehouse
• Assists in the management of Micro-Kitchen team. Monitors and distributes daily work
• assignments.
• Manage reporting team members’ payroll and time off requests.
• Effectively use the Client’s systems to communicate and manage shared drives.
• Ensures all comments and complaints are responded to within 24 hours.
• Meets deadlines and completes assigned tasks on time.

• Conduct audits as needed and ensure budget goals are met weekly.

Operations

• Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner in all FTE, client, and team member interactions.
• Interact with FTE’s and resolve complaints in a service oriented manner
• Meet and communicate with the client in a respectful and timely manner to ensure all
• goals are met.
• Ensure efficient and smooth rotation of food and drink offerings in the Micro-Kitchen
• Communicate and coordinate any offering changes with team.
• Ensures high quality food items are efficiently and well prepared.
• Assist with any special event requests: staffing and culinary/management presence.

• Conducts daily audits of supplies and back up par levels

Recruitment, Training, and Mentoring

• Act as a coach and mentor; manage performance by setting objectives, deliver performance reviews, provide ongoing performance feedback, and administer corrective action when needed.
• Monitor and train team members. Enforce best practices in the micro kitchen.
• Identify and implement training / career development for team members
• Participate in recruitment process, interviews, selection, and onboarding processes.

Who We Are Looking For...

• Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field
• At least three years of progressive, relevant experience in a food service
• establishment of like volume
• General Hospitality Knowledge
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgement and decision making skills
• Computer Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Cloud-Based Services.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Must be able to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly
