What You Will Be Doing

Preparing complete Quantity Take-Offs, Analysis and Estimates for all 16-CSI Trade Classifications, including but not limited to Excavation & Concrete Foundation & SOE; Concrete Superstructure; Masonry; Steel & Miscellaneous/Ornamental Metals; Rough Carpentry; Roofing and Waterproofing; Doors Frames & Hardware; Windows Window-wall Curtainwall Storefront; Finishes, such as but not limited to, Drywall & Framing, Flooring & Painting; Millwork; Furnishings, such as but not limited to, Kitchen Cabinets & Vanities, Millwork and FF&E; Elevators; and most importantly MEPs, Life Safety and Fire Suppression.

What You Need for this Position

-Minimum of 2-years experience in Florida high-rise commercial construction
-Engineering and/or Architectural or Technical Degree a plus
