Service Advisor/Consultant
Job Summary:
The Service Advisor at Richardson Motors will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients in the Auto industry. This is a full-time role based in Dubuque, Iowa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with a focus on meeting sales goals and providing outstanding service to customers. This role offers the opportunity for a base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify their needs for vehicle service or repairs
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for service costs and timeline
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and recommendations as needed
- Maintain excellent customer relations and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting additional services to customers
- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve customers
Requirements:
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and technology
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
