Network Service Delivery and Provisioning.

Location: Austin, TX

Fulltime/Direct Hire

The Responsibilities: 

Service delivery of Leased 3rd Party Metro Fibers, MDUs from inception through installation. Ensure facilities are delivered on schedule and meet technical specifications. 

Mandatory Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 to 10 Years of Experience in Fiber Optic network communication technologies and operation.
• Technical expertise in dark fiber testing acceptance and documentation.
• Good knowledge of Telecom DWDM and CWDM working concepts.
• Good knowledge of FTTx and Optical telecom networking concepts.
• Good Knowledge in validating OTDR results, PM, BERT test results and other Optical test reports.
• Experience in using OSS tools.
• Experience in ticketing tools and project management tools.
• Strong background, working with spreadsheets, word, excel, pdf, power point etc.
• Having good verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all stakeholders within client and 3rd party vendors.
• Good written communication skills - emails.
