Job Description

• Maintain front desk duties including greeting guests and answering phones in a friendly manner, mail services (i.e. UPS, FEDEX, USPS, etc.), tracking inventory and ordering supplies and food for the office.
• Point of contact with office vendors (i.e. coffee, supplies, cleaning, etc.) and building management.
• Maintain a clean and orderly office, which includes light cleaning, organization of shared spaces such as conference rooms, break room, etc.
• Primary point of contact for Word Processing work such as proposals, letters, reports, printing, binding, and data entry. This is an essential job duty that can be very time sensitive.
• Make travel arrangements including airfare, hotel, and rental car reservations.
• Assist with the planning and coordinating of company events which will include setting up and breaking down the event space, ordering food, and purchasing supplies.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Salary $19.00-$24.00 per hour.

 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills with a can-do attitude.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint). Specifically with formatting in Microsoft Word.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets Coffman’s stringent requirements are required.
• Ability to lift to 30 pounds.
