Job description
- Assist in preparing contracts for individual voluntary business products
- Generate duplicate policies/certificates to be mailed out to the policyholder
- Follow-up on pending amendments to policy forms
- Assist in the cancellation of contracts by sending out termination/cancellation letters to the policyholders
- Maintain policy files (physical and electronic) for multiple product lines
- Scan and upload policy documents into the OnBase system
- Some years of college
- 1 to 2 years prior experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret various plans
- Strong organizational skills
- Good customer service skills
- Strong attention to details
- Flexibility to work extra hours when necessary
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Requires minimum supervision
