Our esteemed client, a trailblazing global pharmaceutical powerhouse, renowned for their expertise in developing and manufacturing a wide array of world-class pharmaceutical drugs, life-saving vaccines, and innovative animal-health products, is in search of an exceptional Laboratory Scientist to join their dynamic team.
Pay: $22/hour
Shift: M-F, 7:00am-3:30pm; occasional weekends.
Responsibilities
+ Responsible for critical laboratory procedures and duties in the production of veterinary products.
+ May work with a variety of technical equipment while completing cell culture processes throughout the manufacturing cycle.
+ Perform procedures including aseptic work, media preparation, antigen inoculation and harvest, tissue culture preparation and harvest, filling vaccines, etc.
+ Maintain accurate and reliable record keeping including charts, log books, and all pertinent documentation
+ Cleaning work areas, prepare, clean and sterilize glassware and equipment for use Equipment setup and operation
+ Handling hazardous materials
Requirements
+ Degree in Sciences preferred/ High school or equivalent required.
+ Be able to lift 50lbs
+ Manufacturing experience is preferred
+ Prior GMP experience is preferred.
