Salary Range: $16. 00 - $23.00



Department Details


This phlebotomy position begins at 5am and provides coverage for time off requests or medical leave for our full & part time employees. No nights, weekends or observed holidays. Reasonable flexibility to work around school and additional employment schedules will be considered. Primary duties involve blood collections at Fargo-Moorhead metro skilled nursing and rehab facilities. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.



Job Summary


Responsibilities include phlebotomy, collecting, preparing and processing specimens biological specimens. Assists in performing laboratory activities and other assigned tasks. Aids in preparing laboratory specimens and supplies. May be responsible for entering laboratory orders and results. Ensures the accuracy and quality of laboratory data in a safe and professional work environment.



Qualifications


High school diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) preferred.


Completion of a formal phlebotomy program, phlebotomy experience, and experience in a laboratory-related field preferred. May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
